Reporting to the Inventory and Supply Planning Manager, the role involves planning, purchasing, and managing the supply of materials from vendors to warehouses while adhering to source and distribution agreements. The successful candidate will focus on providing exceptional customer service, managing communications, and ensuring efficient order processing to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer emails and calls, responding promptly
  • Process customer orders within 24 hours to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure transactions are accurate and deliveries are timely
  • Prioritize and plan workload to achieve departmental goals
  • Adhere to document management and control regulations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Address customer inquiries and disputes within required response times
  • Proactively resolve queries and seek guidance from the Team Lead when necessary
  • Use customer and third-party systems/portals effectively
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse teams

Qualifications

  • Matric Qualification
  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree or a similar qualification
